Hampton Court Flower Show 2009

A Chef's Kitchen is designed to inspire people to grow their own vegetables and herbs in their back garden and use them to prepare healthy and economical meals outdoors. The design is simple and organic showing how a small garden space can be transformed into an elegant allotment and cooking area.

Hampton Court Flower Show 2008

Chiswick - Front

This front garden creates an impact using simple, Japanese-style planting to give a calm and tranquil entrance to the house. The garden gives colour and form throughout the year whilst being low maintenance.

Chiswick - Back

At the rear, the garden was transformed to give a lush, tropical feel. The ample paved space for entertaining and relaxing is surrounded by borders filled with ferns, palms, bamboo and exotic plants to give layers of textures, colours and shapes.

Ealing W5

A serene garden with traditional English plants which are perfectly in balance with the Asian-influenced design and sculpture. The minimalist white raised beds give clean lines to the garden, framing the flowers and plants, accentuating their individual shapes.

Lena's Day Centre

What more could children want then plenty of space to run around? This is what we created here. Simply, a lush green lawn at the front of the garden and specialist rubber tiles around the edges and at the back for easy maintenance and to ensure child safety around the play areas.

West Ealing W13

This driveway has the "wow" factor. The contrasting coloured brick drive can be easily maintained whilst the formal lines of boxed in trees literally leads you up the garden path. The low boxed hedges are filled with perfumed flowers and herbs to welcome you in to the house.

Ealing Common W5

A minimalist Japanese-inspired front garden, it has a beautiful maple tree as its centrepiece. The topiary bushes add formality and frame the maple whilst the overflowing ivy softens the angular lines of the garden.

Ealing W5

This garden is filled with structure, form, colour and fun. The curved footpath winds its way across the formal lawn up to the decking and French windows. On either side the beds are filled with contrasting shapes which draw the eye in. The palms add a tropical flavour whilst the use of wood and yellow adds a modern, graphic element to the garden.

Chiswick

A large contemporary garden, which we designed with clearly defined spaces to create interest and maximise use. The decking incorporates a seating area with minimalist planting. This leads on to the paved walkway with lush herbaceous borders down to the formal lawn. This is framed by a white back wall which accentuates the shapes and flow of the garden.

Ealing

Two gardens in one with the clean lines of Mediterranean paving giving way to a pretty Italian-inspired walled garden. The garden has an air of formality with its defined spaces yet, in contrast, the borders and beds are brimming with brightly coloured flowers, spiky palms and slender firs.

Sunbury on Thames

Privacy for sunbathing and entertaining was key for this outdoor space, so we created a beautiful wild pond garden complete with decking. The beds were covered in pebbles and simply planted with an array of grasses, ferns and flowers to create interest and give a Mediterranean flavour. The bamboo adds height to the garden and gives additional privacy.

West Ealing

The eye -catching round lawn and use of York stone creates a dramatic impact in this formal family garden which is low maintenance too. The shape of the topiary contrasts with the shape of the lawn and the bay trees draws the eye to the back of the garden giving a sense of space.

Weybridge

This Zen-like garden has a stone sculpture centre piece and was created from a steep sloping garden. The slate chips in the bed contrast beautifully with the striking colours and shapes of the surrounding plant foliage. The decking provides a perfect entertaining area to look out over the sculpture and enjoy the serenity of the garden.

Wimbledon

This front garden creates an impact with its pebble beach feel. As you walk down the path, the grasses and shrubs add interest and shape whilst the large planters frame the front door welcoming you in.
